At Hem & Hearth, every kit is created with care, and we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. This Refund Policy explains what is eligible for return, how to request a refund, and what to expect during the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refund requests for:

Unused, unopened kits in their original condition

Damaged items (with photo documentation)
To be eligible, your request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or partially used kits

Digital downloads

Custom or personalized items

Sale or clearance items

Items damaged through misuse or normal wear

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability
We always want you to receive what you paid for.
3. Return Process

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside our control. However, we will help you file a claim or track down the package whenever possible.
Carrier delays, weather events, and holiday volume are not eligible for refunds.
