Thank you for supporting Hem & Hearth. Every kit is crafted with care, and we want your order to arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items ship from our studio in Maynard, Arkansas.
Processing Times
Because many of our items are handmade or assembled to order:

Standard processing time: 3–7 business days

Seasonal or high‑volume periods: Processing may extend to 7–10 business days

Custom or specialty items may require additional time; any extended timelines will be noted in the product description.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

We currently ship using USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside our control. However, we will always help you navigate the issue.

Lost packages: Contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim

Delayed packages: Please allow additional time during holidays or weather events

Damaged items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right
